Welcome to the Experimental Systems Biology and Medicine Lab at Michigan State University (MSU)!

We are located in the Institute for Quantitative Health Sciences and Engineering (IQ) and are investigating biomedical problems at the molecular level that are significant public health issues.

Our interdisciplinary lab focusses on the pathogenesis of COVID-19 and HIV/AIDS, the genetics of cancer immunity and transplantation immunology, and on developing plant natural products to treat antibiotic-resistant bacteria.
